Moving out with my toddler!

I'm a young mom my son and I been living with my mother since he was born. I recently got approved for my own apartment! It's further away from his daycare, so he's starting a new one (btw he's never been good with daycare, he cries every single day.) I just wanted any advice or tips on helping him cope because I'm sure that he's going to be very scared. Also, we lived with a lot of younger siblings that would play with him . Now it's going to be just me, him and my boyfriend. I just want to make sure he's going to be okay. Any tips on making this easier on him? This is my first time being on my own like this I just want to do it right for him.

You could try to visit there a couple times a week to help. Taking him to the daycare before he actually starts to go so it wont be totally unfamiliar. Look into some play groups to get him involved in. Also seeing if there are any other kids in the apartment building that he might be able to play with it might help if your mom comes over (not to stay) but to visit the first couple of days. This well all help with the transition, he well miss the other people but I am sure he well like the more one on one time he well receive from you and your boyfriend. Good luck and would love to hear how it went.
