My husband did that when he was little and after 14 years of incorrect diagnosis, it was finally discovered that he has CP. He eventually had to have surgery to lengthen his ligaments. I would keep a close eye on it, if she is physically able to flatten her feet but chooses not to, then don't worry. But if it is super painful for her to flatten her feet, I would bring it up with the doctor.

Absolutely normal....no reason why they do that at all. My 15 months old daughter does that and the doc says its fine....

my niece did that all the time when she was a baby and now shes 14 and just fine. i dont really think its a problem unless shes starting to have problems balancing or something then i would talk to the doctor about it.

Does she do this when she has shoes on? I would keep shoes on her to teach her to walk flat footed. If she is still tippi toe walking with shoes on, I would bring it up to the doctor.
