My son always seems to rub his stomach and seems to be in pain. This only happens at bedtime. This has gone on for as long as I can remember. We've tried acid reflux medicines as suggested by his pediatrician and dermatologist but nothing helps. He also has eczema and is always itchy. He scratches his arms and legs causing bleeding and is always covered in scabs from the constant scratching. We keep his hands in mittens just about 24/7. He's also on Elecare hypoallergenic formula. We have been living with the constant itching/scratching/bleeding but the stomach pain at night is the hardest to handle. Can anybody help? Thank you.

Thanks. We did everything you suggested already but no diagnoses or improvements.

diet, allergies ,contact dermatitis are all possible culprits,. I would see an allergist and get him tested. Avoid artificial dyes, colors, chemicals. Change laundry detergent, all free and clear is good. Milk , or lactose could be an allergy. research contributing factors of eczema. My daughter had eczema as an infant ended up with multiple sensitivities diagnosed by an allergist . She is an adult now has Lupus and solar urticaria.
