I am at my wits end. My baby girl scratches this one younger child at school, but only that one. She get along fine with all the other kids. She also has a older sister that is 7years her senior. She never does this at home so I really do not know why she is bullying this one child. Sometimes she will go out of her way to get to that child just to hurt her. She will hit her wit her sippy cup, kick her, pull her hair but lately it's the scratching that is the worst! Today the teacher told me that she grabbed the baby on her lip and scratched her mouth open! I feel so sorry for the other child and I feel so bad that it is my child doing it. Like I said. she doesn't behave like this with the other kids and also not with her sister or her cousins. Pls help. I don't know what to do.

Hi Eileen, My question is this , why are the people at daycare (I assume that's what you mean by school) not monitoring this better and keep them separated? Maybe you could try keeping her nails SUPER SUPER short?? Since you can't be there to see what's going on, unless you want to send a hidden camera. (Which I would totally do if I had no other options, lol) Maybe you could try reaching out to the other mom as well? have a play date outside of school so you and the other mom can observe? Hope you find this helpful, good luck to you!

Hi Jackie.
Yeah me and my husband were talking about that just now. They did get someone extra to help with the little ones but still this is happening. I do cut her nails super sort. If I cut any shorter I will actually start cutting skin. Maybe I should send a hidden camera! hehe Just to see what is really going on.
