My 4 year son does not want to eat, no matter what I gave him he does not eat, when he does ask for something it's water with ice, I herd that when someone eating lots of ice they need iron, took him to his dr he told me his iron level is fine, he will eat when he is hungry, I am thinking when he is in school and see all the other kids eating he will eat, he does not, merely drank a cup of juice, I gave him vitiamins to help him eat nothing, now I late every morning for work , trying to feed him something because I no he will sat there at school and have not eaten anything all day, I cry sometimes because I don't know what else to do, a couple of weeks ago my little cousin came to visit, she likes mac& cheese with hot dogs, she feed some to him, from that day until now every day he came home from school he wants mac&cheese with hot dogs, now he is eating salads, chicken soups, he still not eating bread or rice, I am just greatful he is eating something, he loves chicken soup, I made it with pumpkins carrots potatoes , and for those who knows knows about chicken noodles in the packs I put that in to give it that flavor with a little butter, that also helps them with the cold, they will eat,

If he's not eating... is he loosing weight?

Keep offering the healthy foods that you do want him to eat, and seriously... when he's hungry he'll eat. Unless he is ill, and loosing weight I wouldn't worry too much about it. Most kids go through growth spurts where they eat and eat and eat, and then they go through "non" growth spurts where they eat very little.
