I think 19 months is too young if you think she's going to potty train but you can start introducing her to the potty. At 19 months my daughter wasn't using any verbal language but we taught her signs for pee and poop so that she could communicate when she needed to be changed. We also introduced her to the potty then and when I say introduce I mean we put it in the living room where we spent a majority of our time. We didn't actually start potty training until she was 2 years 4 months. We bought her some big girl underwear, and stickers so when she sat on the potty she got rewarded. We had a day of accidents, took a little break when she went to visit her grandparents and then we just went full force into underwear. She caught on right away and has been in underwear ever since.
