Hi. I took my daughter to the park today. While we were there she managed to fall and she hit her eyebrow and then landed on the back of her head. I kissed her bump and she was immediately up and walking and playing afterwards. I braught her home and payed her to bed for about 3 hours and checked on her periodically. She woke up kind of cranky but no other symptoms otherwise. Should I be worried? I think I'm more sick from it then she is!

If she isn't dizzy, throwing up,memory loss, or obviously confused, they are typically okay. I was told unless they have the symptoms of a concussion (the ones above) it's fine to let them sleep. If they show the signs they can't sleep more than 1-2 hours at a time. If you hear breathing issue wake them right away, although that isn't very common.

I had 2 boys, they knocked themselves around all the time. I'm shocked they don't have more scars than they do. My one son ended up with a tennisball sized egg on his head once. the other had stitches in his head twice. It takes a lot to hurt them.

If she is behaving as usual, she is most likely fine. I think that the rule is to wake them up every 2 hours after the fall and see are they alert. However, when my daughter fell on her head from jumping on bed, the doctor told me to just let her be. She was behaving normally imediately.
If you are concerned however, you really should call her doctor.
