did u try mixing the corn in like mac and cheese? or rice? My mom tried this on my neice and nephew and it worked on my daughter she would use a pamper chef chopper or whatever u have and chop it up in it. Kids just go through stages like that. Mine is going through a yogurt stage. So what I do is offer her her yogurt and alternate it with something else like a different veg or stir it up in mash potatoes. Hope these ideas help u!!

My pediatrician recommended the book "How to Get your Kid to Eat But Not Too Much" by Ellen Satter. She also told me that I should put on her plate what I feel is appropriate and let her eat what she wants, and give a daily multi-vit, but to not stress too much either way. If you don't want her to only eat corn, then to serve something else instead because my doc pointed out that she will eventually get hungry and venture out of her food "box".

I read that it helps to give the food cool names in Parents magazine about a month ago and it works. When I say works I mean a couple of bites which is better then 0 bites.
Try serving Totally terrific peanut butter toast
Super fantastic brocolli spears
Scrumptious scrambled eggs. ETC
It makes me laugh everytime I play up a dish like that! So its good for me too.
Good luck

What if you mixed corn with other things? I often add corn to taco meat or serve corn cooked with chopped red peppers or diced carrots.

If she likes corn then make sure she gets corn, but always offer her something else also, eventually she will try other things, especially if she sees you eat it. That is how my daughter is. If she sees me eat something, she will ususally try it, but if I put something on her plate that is not on mine she will not eat it, instead she will sit on my lap and eat all of my food.
My son went through a stage when he was a toddler where all he wanted to eat was yogurt, cheese, french fries, or pickles. He is 7 years old now and perfectly healthy, he is actually taller and broader than most of the kids in his class. All kids have there favorite foods, and they like to eat it all the time, they are not like adults who want variety, eventually she will get tiered of it and want something else.

I'd give her what she wants along with other things. My daughter is like this at times. I give her a vitmin supplment to help make up with what she is missing. I think many kids go through a stage like this. As long as she is eating something and getting calories in.

give her what she wants but also give her a normal dinner with it also she may not eat it but eventually she will get fed up with it and try the rest i had the same with my daughter and beans so i just gave her normal dinners and put beans with it at first she just ate the beans and left the rest and i didnt comment just carried on and eventually she ate the beans and a few mouthfuls of some thing else now she is eating proper dinners and i give her beans as a treat now. at least she is eating something she will so get fed up with corn and try something else. also at this age their taste buds change daily so what she didnt like last week she might like next week. keep strong be patient and dont make it such a big deal or she will not eat at all good luck

I am having a very similar problem with my own daughter. I have had to put her on a vitamin supplement just to ensure she is getting all the nutrients she needs. I am sorry I dont have any suggestions :( I am looking for some of my own. My daughter loves Bread.. I have tried alsorts like hiding other foods in her sammy but she will just eat the bread and throw the rest away.. I wish you luck with this hun coz I so understand how hard it is :)
