Hello,

it used to be okay between them but now she seems to hate having him here. It's like this:

He comes here for sleepovers every second weekend( I think he's ADHD)

which is friday to sunday dinnertime. Also twice a week during school holidays or off sick.

he keeps her up all night he's here

P.S I live with my Dad so It's not my say if he's coming or not.

I would quietly tell her (without involving Dad or Cousin) that if she gets tired or annoyed and wants to sleep she can come and bring her pillow to my room. Either in the bed with you or make a nest from a soft blanket on the floor. Then if her cousin follows her, you just tell him, "No, Daughter will stay here for the night and you will go back to your bed." Close the door and go to sleep. Let Dad deal with Cousin if he makes a ruckus.

I'd resent someone too if they interrupted my sleep and kept me up all night. I'm not sure why it's happening but if they're sharing space you should probably let her sleep in your room so she is left alone. You don't say how old the boy is but try to enforce a quiet hour and maybe put a fan in in the room she sleeps in to try and block some if the noise.

yes they have to share her room as it's only a three bedroom house and her cousin is 8 years old.
