I have 3 boys. My second son was born on the same day as my oldest exactly two years later. Then 4 years later I had our 3rd son and he was born just 12 days after the older boys. I had to have a c-section and I asked the doctor if he would take him on their b-day just to make it easier, but he said no:) I guess he thought I would get a years worth of free diapers or something if I had 3 kids on the same day:)

My daughter was born the day after her brother turned 4. We have three children in total. The younger two's birthdays are the 27th and 28th November. Last year we had a joint 5th and 1st party. I future given age/gender difference we will probably do seperate parties. As they get older we will rationalise and party every other year or so. There's only so many parties a Mum can manage!

My first son's due date was on my baby sister's first birthday, but he came exactly almost to the hour 2 weeks early, then my second son came 3 days after my sister's 3rd birthday. So, there birthdays are...April 30th, May 14th, and May 17th. My mother had my sister, my brother, and me 2 years apart, but our birthdays are spread out 2 weeks of each others...Feb 1st, Feb 20th, and March 8th. Not to mention, my mom's birthday falls a month after mine. It makes birthday easier to plan...LOL*

My oldest was born feb 11 and 6 years later my next son was born on feb12! Needless to say I was praying alot on the 11th to make it to the 12th! They have always had seperate birthdays because of the 6 yr age difference. We have a party the 1st an 2nd saturdays of Feb. Now my oldest is going on 18 he says hes happy we kept them seperate. My 2nd and 3rd kids are exactly 13 months apart. My twins will of course share a party and such but we will have 2 seperate small cakes for them but a larger cupcake cake to share with everyone else. Im so glad to see others have had kids so close in age.

My daughter will be 4 on Oct 29th and I'm due to have my son on Oct 23rd, I'll let you know how close I get to my daughters birthday. I'm a little nervous about getting everything done that month, planning the party for my daughter, then having a newborn, getting my daughter to her four year check up, getting my son to all his first new born dr visits, I'm glad to know others have successfully done it!!

That's how me and my sister are. Her b-day is oct 3rd and mine is oct 4th (we're 2 yrs apart) My Mom went into labor at her b-day [arty and my sis still won't let me forget how I ruined her party. Every yr we had to share a party which was good for my parents but it sucked for us cause we usually got the same things just in a different color. If you're going to have 1 party at least give them their own cakes. And now that I have twins I'm so thankful they can share a party, since parties these days cost so much money.

My oldest son was almost 16months when my youngest son was born. He did really good, better than I thought he would, he has his jealous moments, but he loves his little brother and helps out when he can.

My son was born 10 days after my daughters 4th birthday so they are almost 4 years apart. Their birthdays are actually next week. It makes it kind of difficult to plan parties since one is a boy and the other is a girl and they are so far apart in age. This year we're doing a combined birthday party and hope it works out.

My son and daughter are 2yrs and 5days apart. The 1st yr I had separate parties. It was EXHAUSTING, but worth it. So far Ive been able to have a joint party with cupcakes, but we'll see how it goes....

The two last babes i had were born one on april 13, 2007 and the last one was born on sept. 13, 2008 -- the weirdest thing is my birthday is the 8/13th as well - three 13s? spooky or good? lol All my babies are close though: my first one was born feb. 1 2003, the second was april 4, 2004 ( i got crap for that one: 4:20:2004 (if you get the four-twenty reference) , the third one was born nov. 5, 2005 (then the last two that i mentioned above) Neat how things work out.

My brother was born the day before me (about 4 years apart) but we always had separate parties and usually had separate cakes. It was fun. Like Christmas in July.

my first daughter was born on jan 16 2006 and my second was born jan 6 2008 so there is 10 days between their birthdays and almost exactly 2 years apart joint parties!

I have a son born march 21st 2005 and another son whos birthday is October 31st, 2007 and finally a girl born march 26th 2009. Next year in march we will have a 5 year old bday party along with a one year old party. cant decide if I should throw it together. my five year old wants to go to chuck E cheese so who knows 5 and 1 are important bdays so they might be seperate next year then together afterwards, except on milestone bdays.

My son was born the day AFTER my daughter turned two. Better yet, she was born on New Year's Eve, and he on New Year's Day. It'll make parties lots of fun, once they're old enough to stay up past midnight on special occasions!

I had my son August 15, 2006 and then my daughter July 17, 2008. So it wasn't the day before my son's 2nd birthday but almost an exact month. She was on the other hand born the day before my birthday...such a wonderful early birthday present!

I only have one (so far!), but my hubby is a twin. And your post makes me think of one piece of advice that he would give to you if you were to ask. He is adamant about not having children share birthday parties, as complicated as that may make it. He always felt cheated somehow of having his own special day as a kid. I have personally observed some of that in his adult life. When I met him, he actually assisgned his twin brother a birthday date that was exactly 6 months out from his. He would send his brother a gift on his brother's "birthday" and he would call on that day too to wish him a Happy Birthday. He would never call his brother on their actual birthday to say Happy Birthday. I always thought it was kinda cute....lol.

Well, my son was born 2 days before my step-daughter's birthday. However, he's turning 2 and she's turning 12.

Too funny, it'll make things easier for bday parties with the family! I have 4 kids, our first daughter was born Nov 03 2002 and then 2 years later my next daughter on Dec 29 2004, and then 21 mnths later my son on Oct 03 2006, and then our final son Aug 29 2008.....you'll notice two are born on the 29th and two on the 3rd of the month. It makes it easier for my husband to remember , he just can't keep the months straight. And the years are 02, 04, 06, 08! They were all due on the 3rd of the month, i had two right on their due date, and one came early and one came late.....it was really funny telling everyone i had 4 kids 5 and under.....it's hard to first but you'll be thankful as they get alittle older. My daughters are 4 and 6 now and they are into the same things, so they play and entertain one another. I found it to get easier when the older one turned 3.....Congrats and good luck!
