My son is 4 years old. For the last 3 years we've been trying to get pregnant meaning that are last 3 pregnancies we lost. One was a birth defect the other were miscarriages. Finally about 4 months ago I found out I was pregnant. I was scared but everybody even doctor told me as long as ultrasound looked great I could relax. I made it past the chance of a miscarriage all I had to worry about was birth defects, etc. At 12 weeks I had a different form of genetic testing done it was one of the best its called Verifi which also followed an ultrasound. Finally a week after this my results came back normal and they even were able to tell me the sex of the baby a boy. At this point I knew God and faith was with me I was told with these results this would be a good pregnancy. This whole time of tryng to conceive between me, my husband and my son who's been waiting for a sibling its been a hard road. We wanted a daughter but now we're just greatful to God for this beautful healthy son to be born in August. We are going to keep trying for a daughter. So to get to my point my sisters have turned on me treated me and my family bad. I don' t see my mom as much as I would like only because she doesn't want me around. I barely see my brothers. I had this one friend who isn't a very good friend and lately she's been being rude which is hard on me because she's my babysitter as well as her daughter and my son are best friends. Which brings me to my subject I'm now looking for new friends/moms who have children who would enjoy being friends with me and my son. So whether it be through this sight or another sight some one can suggest anyone looking to become friends, meet new people and get together for company play dates for our children.

Thanks for your response it was comforting. I'm hoping but I do't know. I live in East Bremerton up from Safeway. Definitely I would love to chat as I don't get on this site that often as well. I do have a facebook account which my name is on facebook et
Elizabeth Bouchard. I will send you a friend request be sure and accept. My husbaas two cars a truck and we have a car. I can drive so if you are interested in meeting in person and getting together. The biggest thing right now is my son doesn't go to school yet he only has two friends that happen to be girls that he doesn't really get to see. So to meet another parent be friends would be great that's cool you have a son and a daughter. Me and my husband really wanted a baby girl but its cool I'm greatful to God for at least were going to have a healthy baby boy.

Hello Elizaeth,

Congratulations on your new pregnancy :-) Sorry to hear about your situation. It must be hard with all that is going on and being pregnant. Maybe with time your family will come around, if not they will miss out on your two beautiful blessings. Where are you from? I have two children. My son is 4 and my daughter is 3 (both birthdays are in November). So, I know how hard times can be when you are pregnant, have a child to chase after and not have many people around for support. Lucky for me, my mom has lived with us since my son has been about 1. I would love to chat some more, if you have a facebook account, that would be easier for me, I don't get on this site very often. You can find me Pamela Clayton on facebook if you'd like.
