hi there I started my son with undies as soon as he got out of bed I put him on the toilet then I would put undies on him during the day, if he done an accident I just told him to tell me when he needed to go when he did go to the toilet I gave him sticker on a chart which I made up for him and I told him once he got the chart full of stickers we go to the shop and get him a present it worked for us he is fully trained now day and nite.I bet its frustrating with the other compares her they should not do that cause each child is different good luck I hope this helps

I really wonder.....my daughter was 'poo poo' trained first. We're still working on the 'pee pee' part. I'd read that they develop control of the rectum faster than the bladder. Marbelle, do the twins use the potty to 'poo poo'? If yes, the it's just a matter of time. Just encourage them along.

I've found that using trainer pants or undies work very well. It is also important to shower her with praise whenever she actually uses the potty. It will encourage her. Move the potty out of the bathroom. She may feel overwhelmed in the bathroom. She'll eventually use the potty, just keep on encouraging her. Expect accidents and do not lose it when she does.

I don't think your family is being fair to the poor child. Every child is different and they master tasks at different points. My oldest just turned 2 and I "started" potty training. I just think I've never seen a child over 6 not potty trained and I can tell they do it faster when they see others (at daycare for exaMPLE). So hang in there, be patient but don't force her she'll get it

@ elayn if I was u just keep using the undies I know its pain full & you have twins. When they do wet do they know they have done a wee? with the pull ups I would say get rid of them you can say things like the faries need them or for my son we said that santa need them, good luck
