My daughter is 3.5 yrs old. She is day time potty trained but is still in pull ups at night. Recently her pull ups are dry in the morning. Should I switch to underwear and should i wake her up at night? Or i don't need to and she will learn to wake up on her own as long as she is not wetting the bed? Need advice on how i should carry on please.

All you can do is give it a try and be prepared to wash sheets if you have to in the morning. Children can wet the bed until they are 6 or older depending on gender. My daughter was potty trained during the day at 3 but just quite wetting the bed the beginning of the month and she turns 4 tomorrow. Expect a few accidents and explain to her that if they happen too often she will have to go back into pull ups at night. We had to try a couple of times at night before she got. Awhile back I thought she had it because we had gone about 2 weeks with dry pull ups at night and the minute I put her in underwear we had wet nights. It is kind of a trail and error situation.
