We just decided it was time for Our 15 month old to give up the pacifier. He is waking up super early and his naps are shorter than usual since we took it away. He has done well falling asleep but it seems something is going on that he is not napping as long and is waking up sometimes at 5am. We are pretty committed to sticking with giving up the pacifier, but is his common? Will he naturally go back to his schedule? Anyone else ever experience this or similar? Thanks. :)

Thanks Krystal. It hasn't been that long. We are finishing week two. Some days have been better than others. Part of the paroblem is that we are in the process of dropping a nap so I think that he is just extra off especially since he is waking up so early. ....I might call my ped if it doesn't get better soon. Thank you!!

i havent ever given my kids pacifiers, but i have had an experience like this with my oldest and his bottle. i think the sooner the better. the younger they are the faster they will bounce back.
how long has he been getting up? if its only been a few days i wouldnt worry about it. if its starting to turn into weeks, i might want to ask a professional
