My daughter has NEVER been an eater. When she was younger I would try to feed her baby food and she wouldn't eat it, whether I made it or I bought it. Now that she is getting older she still doesnt really eat. She is now 15 months and weighs about 21 pounds and is in the 20th percentile for her weight and the 80th for her length. She has always been smaller I just want her to start eating something. I have tried to give her a variety of foods but most of the time she just either leaves it there or dumps it on the floor. Its horrible because since she doesnt eat much and only drinks, she has a hard time going to the bathroom. Any advice on ways to get my daughter to eat things, especially something healthy.

I'm having the same problem, I have a 21 month old and she only weights 21 lbs, so your daughter is doing better than mine. My Lillian is very very picky she eats mini-pancakes, the corn covering off of corn dogs, grilled cheese sandwiches and that's about it. She used to eat veggies but hasn't for about 2 months now. But if I give her baby food she will eat veggies. Her lack of eating causes my husband and I to argue because we don't know what to do to get her to try new foods. I just put her down for a nap hungry because she refused to try what I fixed for her. I'm at the end of my rope with this as well. I think I will try some of Amanda's suggestions bc I don't know what else to do!

Amanda thank you! I will have to try those ideas. No she doesnt eat much at all! She does like some of the gerber graduate stuff but I would like her to eat real fruits an veggies instead of that. If you can please give me the recipes for the muffins and quiches. Thank you!

Is there anything she eats at all???
My kids (2 3/4 and 15 months) love cupcakes so I make savoury muffins with cheese and spinach or other veggies and call them cupcakes. Mini quiches also go down well too.
If she drinks alot have you tried making her a fruit smoothy, my son loves banana milk (banana whizzed up in milk)
You could make your own Ice blocks (ice lollies) with fresh fruit and see if she eats them.
