I'm a mother of a 15 month baby, but i'm very concerned because he doesn't talk or walk yet,and very very rarely respond to his name, and even sometimes he looks like he iis lost in his world....he doesn't likes the mixer noise,he hits the table and flings his toys,it looks like he doesn't have a full control of his hands and sometimes he even stops and just look at his hand, he wakes several times at night, since he was born he had a disturbing sleep ,and he doesn't understand any commands... Three days ago he did the measles vaccine and after that he started crying for no reason,at least this is how it looks like, and even being agressive some times.... I don't know if the vaccine has any thing ti do with it........ But he also smiles back we smile at him,he also kisses us,tries to talk, and also tries to play peek a boo,he claps his hand when he sees something he likes like hooplakidz videos or music videos, since he likes music a lot,he imitates some things we do, he has a good eye contact, and likes to be around other children, smiles and he's happy when he sees children playing or when they talk to him,and he tries to play with them. I took him to a specialist for autistic children, and he said that he has 3 mild symptoms of autism, but he couldn't tell an exact diagnose, because it could even be a simple delayed development, so he told me to make an other visit at 18 month..... But i'm still very concerned, i don't know why lately he's being agressive,i don't know why he doesn't talks or walks, or responds to his name..... Has anyone had a similar experience??? are this autistic symptoms or just a sipmle delayed development????
(Since i'm italian, i apologize for my english)

Do you live near a Nemours Children's Clinic? Get on their website. They have several locations. Nemours is a non-profit pediatric specialty clinic. If there isn't one near you, there is someone there that can direct you where to take him/her to see if Autism is in question. If Austism isn't the issue, I assure the doctors there will find the cause and help with the resolution. Only the TOP Pediatricians work there. :)

I did the hearing test and it's ok... I don't know how to find out if this are autism symptoms or not? I 'really don't know what should i do.

I would have his hearing checked.... Quite a bit of what you are having worries about can be a direct reflection of a child that may have a hearing issue. It could be something that can be resolved quickly and easily :-) Best of Luck
