My son will be 14 months on the 25th he cannot stand his diaper on. As soon as he starts to pee it is off or poops. We already started sitting him on the potty but he is so young he still has no idea what it is exactly for. He has peed in it once but that was just random occurrence. Not sure what I should do since he is only 14 month. Anyone ever dealt with this? I have two older kids who were potty trained at 18 months and 2 years. so this is a new thing for me.

Maybe try getting one of those potty dolls, some movies and books. Have him watch the movies and help "teach" the doll what to do. Kids learn things and re-enforces things by teaching others. If he is verbal and you feel like he has enough bladder control maybe go ahead and try to potty train him. If it turns out to be too stressful and he is not getting it, maybe stop and see if you can get him to learn to come tell you or whoever is watching him right away instead of taking off his diaper. Of course, to make that work someone would have to change him right away every time otherwise he might stop telling you if it doesn't result in an immediate diaper change. Or maybe start putting him in outfits that are more difficult for him to get off, so by the time he gets his pants off, maybe it will be enough of a warning so that you can get to him in time.
