I'm trying to potty train my 2 1/2 year old little girl. I've tried with rewards but that doesn't seem to help any. I need some good ideas to help try to get her more comfterble with using her potty. Please help me.

Then put it there and ignore it till she gets more comfortable with it. The more you push her the more she'll resist so I would just stick in the room maybe against the wall for a week or two then move it to the middle of the room. Ours was a stool too so we could keep it closed and sit and climb on it.

When we introduced the potty we just set it in the room we spend the majority of time in. We would have her sit on it in the beginning with her clothes on and read her a story, eventually once we had built excitement around it. Talking about being a big girl using the big potty we took her to buy stickers and new underwear that she got to pick out. When we got home we took the diapers off and put the underwear on. Slowly the potty was moved into the bathroom and then eventually we put the potty seat on the big potty.

Thank you so much for your help. I'll try and update on how she does. I'm just hoping I can get her potty trained soon so we don't have to buy so many diapers and pull ups

We've tried putting it in the room we use the most I don't if she's just afraid of it or she's doing it since I'm 33 weeks pregnant. She is just like her mother stubberen and thick headed girl.
