Potty training boys 19 months and up??

I'm trying to potty train my 19 month old son but he won't go in the potty but as soon as he gets off the potty he pees all over my floors

He is too young!!!! Boys generally are not ready to potty train until 2 1/2 to 3 yrs old. Let him show you when he is ready. He will let you know what he is ready for and when. Just like he is doing now. He is showing you he is not ready.

19 months is really young. If he can't stay dry for at least two hours between pees I would wait on the potty training. Also, a lot of people who have potty training success with kids that young have very regular children. It's not so much that they're actually independent with toileting, it's that their parents are really good at timing trips to the potty and catching it.
