Try to get some sleep whenever you can. I remember I didn't always sleep so great at night, but I would let myself nap on the couch watching TV or something. That was my first child so I'm sure it won't be that easy if you already have children. I also agree with Kristin, sleep however you can. I remember them saying don't sleep on your right side or your back. I felt that I would take my chances just so I could get some sleep. I didn't use the body pillow, but I found it more comfortable to sleep with an extra pillow under my head. Before becoming pregnant, I always preferred a very thin pillow, but it was more comfortable to be propped up more while I was pregnant.

GET A BODY PILLOW!!!! They are amazing! I could never sleep with out one and they are easy to wedge under your growing stomach so you can sleep in sheer comfort! And tho they tell you that you should always sleep on your left side, I never could. I always fell asleep on my right. Sweetest dreams!
