my daughter (3) and is having problems with making it to the potty in time or just not going at all. This is becoming very frustrating for me. She will go a week or two without doing so then she will start wetting her pants again. This is off and on and so is wetting the bed. Is this normal or not? she has been potty trained for almost a year.

I would say it is normal. My son goes through the same thing though alot less now that he is 4. Usually it was because he was too interested in playing to go to the bathroom, it was hard b/c we knew he knew how to go he just didn't seem to realize there was a point his body would just 'go". That was the next lesson in potty training and it is still on going.
Is your daughter playing or engaged in another activity when she wets herself? kids tend to hold it till the last minute b/c they just don't know better. I would sit with her and explain that whatever she is doing can wait until she has used the bathroom.
and I know this may sound unpopular but when my son was really persistent about not going I started to take away the things he liked (because rewards for going didn't work) and he started to get the idea, but that was the last resort.
