I would suggest cheese or yogurt or milk as a bedtime snack. Fruit is not a great option before bed as it contains a lot of sugar (yes I know it's a healthy type of sugar and fruit is a great snack- but right before bed is not a great time for it if you want them to sleep!). I would also avoid other sugary snacks such as cereal, biscuits etc. Maybe a cheese sandwhich (on wholemeal bread) ?

My 2-year-old gets yogurt with cereal (less messy than milk!), or sometimes fruit. Or sometimes his untouched plate from supper.

My daughter likes grapes, strawberries, cheese and yogurt as healthy snacks.

i give my son cereal bars. Good for him, doesnt look like food, looks like cookies, so hes happy. And we all get our sleep because it doesnt give him a sugar rush, haha.

I will usually give my son a fruit, like an orange or apple, or a veggie, usually cherry tomatoes or cucumber slices. sometimes i will also give him a couple slices of deli meat

A small bowl of cheerios with milk. That is what I give my 2 yr old son about an hour before bed.

My eldest is 26mths, he has dinner at 5pm, bed is 630-7pm. He'll have a cup of milk abuot half an hour before bed, but if he wants anything else it's fruit or yoghurt.

We give our daughter a small bowl of grapes, cheese cut into cubes, or some crackers. Something that will hold her over til breakfast, but not make her hyper right before bed.

if my son is/was hungry he got cereal usually or a banana. but usually he doesn't eat for the 1 1/2 before bed so after supper he does get a small treat, like a cookie, muffin, or pie and ice cream.
