I have a 19 month old and He started using a potty chair at around 17 months. He was doing so well for a whole month and he was having hardly any accidents if any per day. He never was going #2 in the potty but anytime he had to pee he would tell me or he would go and use it himself if he was running around naked. I know there will be set backs and some days were better than others. But it has been 4 days of peeing in his pants non stop. Today he went through 3 pairs of pants, He only used his potty once. The past 4 days he has gone on average once a day in his potty. He isn't telling me when he has to go and he waits and tells me after he went. He was never doing this before so I don't know what could be going on. Has this happened to anyone else? Or does anyone have any tips?

When i was toilet training my daughter she would go at day care and not at home, then the next week she would go before bed and nap time and no other time, etc. They are testing the boundaries, making sure they have the control of the situation. Have you tried using pull ups so he can pull them down when he uses the potty or just use it like a nappy when he wont use the potty?
