At what age can you start giving a toddler peanut butter, salmon and other fish, and gummie vitamins?

They recommend waiting until 1 year for peanutbutter because of choking and allergies. Use pb lightly because of choking. I started my kids on fish abour 1 year also. And the gunnt vitamins I started around age two when I was sure they could chew wel enough to not choke on them. I wouldn't recommend the gunnies before about 2 since they pose a big choking risk due to the fact that the don't dissolve easily.

You can try your child on peanut butter after the age of 1 as long as you do not have a family history of allergies. Salmon and other fish can be introduced from six months. As for vitamins these can be given from 6 weeks for vitamin drops like ABIDEC. As for the chewie vitamins they are mostly from age 3 years and up. My advice is check the label.
