i found this works for my son it might help you we have dinner around 6-30ish then some play time ( to were him out) then it is shower time and when we get out the shower we dress him in his room have the bottle and dummie near us then we tuck him into bed tell him we love him and we will see him in the morning and have a goodnight sleep... when i first started it i also use to go into his room once when started crying to give him his dummie again and that was the only time i ever went into his room... it is very hard as i had to do the control crying thing the first night was hell he cried for over 2 hours and by the 3rd night it took 15mins for him to be asleep and to know i wasn't going to give into him...

well i hope i could help you and good luck

Give your child a bottle and some baby cereal from a spoon last thing at night. Use a good brand of nappies to sleep in and offer some sort of soother to your child whether it is a dummy or favourite teddy. You should have more luck if they are not hungry, have a dry nappy and something to sooth them that they can reach for in the night. I hope you get some sleep soon.xx
