My toddler never seems to want to sleep. How do I get her to take her naps and sleep early at night?

Even if he doesn't sleep, my son goes into his crib around the same time every day with a bottle, blanket, and stuffed bear. Usually, he'll talk himself to sleep. If he doesn't, he just has quiet time (and so do I).

Setting her on a schedule. This may be hard but you need to keep it as close to the time as you can. Wake her up at a certain time, give her a certain length nap.... Once she gets on a schedule if you change routine mildly you should be alright. Do not let her eat to late, or drink anything to late near bed time. My son would sometimes be up until 3 am. He had a whacked out schedule. I learned that if you lay them down they will eventually fall asleep. I hope this works!

Do you have her on a set schedule for naps? Don't let naps be too late in the day, because that can cause problems with going to bed at night.
