Baby weight..... i need help!

i need help in getting back in shape so i have a good stomach again. my youngest baby is 15 months, and my tummy still feels like it did when i had her. its weird... with my first one, my tummy tightened up pretty fast, but with this one, it still feels like dough. i was HUGE with her and my stomach sags, yea its gross. i need help on what to do to try and get my body back in good shape again, that way when i look in the mirror i can be happy with what i see. please help me!

Hi Jennifer, I have the same problem. My cousin and I call it "The Shelf" it's like this line across your pelvic area where you 'hang over.' My second child is 10 months old and I am still working on getting this area toned. I would recommend doing some pilates which works on a wide range of core muscles to help you strengthen and tone. Also, increase your cardio if you haven't already. It may be that you won't ever get back to exactly where you were before, it depends on your genetics and your skins elasticity (also genetic.) Keep working at it and try different pilates routines to activate your core and keep your muscles toning and burning.

all i got to say is that we are all not lucky enough to have our perfect bodies for ever. theres comes a time when we just change with age and having kids. yes some mommys are blessed with size 0 after having 5 kids (my mother in law). she taking "herbalife" right now but it is pricey. when i took it i lost 15 lbs then i found i was pregnant again so i stopped then 2 1/2 months later i got miscarriage well i gotten so used to eating junk that i could stick to it anymore.
