My son did the same thing. with me and my mother he would bite our shoulder, it took a while to get him to stop I was just persistant about not letting him do it i would tap his cheek and say no bite and get him busy doing something else Good Luck it can be very agrivating

I have tried that she say "awwww" rubs it better, goes to kiss it and trys again !!!!! It really is strange because apart from the biting she is extremely loving....I hope this too is just a phase...Thanks

Every time my baby bit me I said, "Ouch! No! Don't bite mommy. It hurts!" and I would sit him down on the floor (kind of like a time out). Usually the tone in my voice made him cry and I would tell him, "We don't bite mommy with our teeth." Within the month he stopped. I think it must have been a phase. I sometimes wonder if he was trying to kiss me because I always got open mouth kisses and the biting came right after.
