My son will be 2 in May we feel its past time for the sippy cup, he protests and wont go to bed with out his ba ba with water ? Loves to drink from others cups but is too young for his own. How can we ease the switch to the sippy with less drama and loss of sleep?

Thanks in advance

Maybe if you try and take him shopping to pick out his own 'special' cup, like Thomas the Tank or something. I did that with my son when he was about 18 months and then he decided he wanted his milk in a normal childrens cup (plastic), and he hasn't had a bottle since, he's 2 in April. If that doesn't work, maybe suggest to him that another little baby needs it and what about leaving it out overnight so the 'baby fairy' to come and get it and leave a small toy in return. I didn't have much trouble with getting the bottle away from my son as he wasn't really attached to it, so I hope this helps! Good luck
