Cleaning up after a toddler

My 3 year old decided it would be a great idea to paint her own toe nails yesterday. I managed to get the nail polish off her and the floor but I have a towel along with a pair of her pants that have nail polish stains on them. Any suggestion about how to get it of?

I thought most of the things I didn't want her to get in to were out of reach but I have now re-assessed by bathroom and moved nailpolish out of reach.

i read that bugspray or oxygen bleach and a tooth brush works.

i don't know if you can salvage the towel, but maybe the pants?? hand scrubbing works best for these things.
