Ok, wasn't sure where you lived. I know in the winter months my daughters daycare does alot of "projects" that lets the kids get messy. Warm up the house and strip them down to diapers and you can do finger painting or some kind of "edible" art. They let them splash their hands in these water table things (but shallow buckets could have same effect). Most of it is based around letting them explore their senses...and the kids LOVE it.

Take them outside as often as possible (provided you have a safe, appropriate place to do this). You can also do basic crafts with kids that age. Or cooking type stuff, like get some cookies ready to bake adn let them decorate them. Just play play play....try to make some of it "organized" to the extent you can with 2 year olds...i.e just get involved, and also make sur ethey spend some time just playing together. They will manage to wear themselves out i'm sure. I would strongly suggest though tryign to get them all on the same schedule in terms of eating and sleeping...esp. if you have the other 2 kids on a regular basis. You'll need it for your sanity i'm sure =) Good luck.
