i used a 3 day toilet training where on the first day when my son wet his nappy i changed him into his big boy underwear and i then got all the spare nappies and he threw them in the bin and then i took him too the bathroom where i told him next time he needed to go he was to use the toilet. Google 3 day toilet training it really does work.

Well, I don't know what you've tried, but what worked for my daughter was:

-we put the potty in the living room so she could watch t.v. while sitting on it.

-we bought stickers with her fav. charcters and she got one each time she used the potty. Try the big shiny ones, they really like those.

-we gave her tons of praise when she did it, and let her know we were dissapointed when she had an accident, but never disciplined her for accidents.

-I took her shopping and let her pick out some panties, and because she picked them and they were her "favorite", she tried harder not to have accidents in them.

All that being said, we started trying just after her 2nd Birthday, and all in all it took about 5-6 months before it was done. She would go weeks with no accidents, and then start peeing her pants again, for days on end. It is very frustrating and won't happen over night, so have patience. We still use a pull-up at night because I spent too many mornings washing sheets before work, but as soon as she's up in the morning, the pull-up comes off so she doesn't think she can use it.

Good luck and I hope you find something that works for you!

All children are different. I thought I tried everything, and then one day, Emily finally got it. Sometimes, the final thing you need to use is time.
