I have a 16 month old and she has a fever of 102 and she has been trowing up. I was just debating if I should bring to the Childrens Hospital. What should I do?

Fever of 102 and Trowing up

My daughter is 27 months and just had the same thing, it lasted 4 days and was horrible, she even shared it with her mommy and daddy.  Anyways my suggestion is to get pedilyte freezer pops and try to get her to eat them.  My daughter would eat crackers and drink water and was getting sick on everything.  The doctors can't really do anything unless she is dehydrated which you don't want her to get that bad.  Or give her pedilyte to drink in her sippy cup. Just keep her hydrated.  Make sure she is urinating at least 2 times in a 8 hr. period or she is not getting enough liquid.  Good luck.  It will pass and make you stronger.  :)
