ONE OF MY GR.DAUGHTER'S IS VERY PICKY!!! THEY SAY WHEN AT SCHOOL SHE IS HARDLY EATING ANYTHING, & WE CAN'T TAKE FOOD TO SCHOOL FOR HER 'CAUSE OF OTHER KIDS' ALLERGIES, & STUFF!!! I HAVE LEARNED THAT SHE LIKES PEARS, & PINEAPPLES THOUGH!!! GOOD LUCK!!! ANY OF THE PREPACKAGED JELLO'S, PUDDING'S, OR FRUIT CUPS!!! I LIKE THIS PEACHES, & CREME FROM DOLLAR GENERAL!!! It might be that there is nothing wrong with the food - maybe she is just taking some time to get used to pre-school. Kids don't want to eat when they are over-excited or anxious - they can't help it, it's just the hormones in their brain puts them off food. Make sure she's feeling happy and secure, give her lots of extra attention and hugs, and just keep trying with the food.

What kinds of foods does she like? Maybe if have her help pick out some healthy snacks she will be more likely to eat them. Try cheeses, veggies or even her favorite sandwich (just a small one). You could even cut them with a cookie cutter so she has some fun shapes. Maybe that will excite her to eat her snack.

I make a cereal bar that my 2yr old daughter loves

4cups Oatmeal 2 tsp baking soda
2cups Flour 1/2 tsp salt
1Cup Coconut 3/4cup oil (veggie, olive whatever you have)
1/4cup White Sugar 3/4cup of Honey

Raisins, Choc Chips, Dried Cranberries, pretty much anything.

Mix all together, using your fingers works the best. Press into 9x13 glass pan, throw in the over @ 375 for 15-20 min and there ya go. Cut then when there still warm. Enjoy :D

This sounds crazy but my daughter loves Pirates booty and these Veggie Crisps found at costco. The veggie crisps are all natural and baked. My daughter does not go to pre school (my husband is a stay at home dad) but she is two and Loves those two things.

String cheese, apples slices, carrots and ranch, cheese cubes, apples and peanut butter (my favorite!), whole grain crackers, grapes or fruit in general, dried fruit is good too, homemade popcorn, homemade trail mix. These are some things that my son enjoys for snack. I'm sure you could find some more ideas online. Good luck!
