Help with potty training my child...

My 2 1/2 year old daughter refuses to go potty. We set her on the potty every 15 mins and nothing, but as soon as we put her pull-up/panties back on she goes.
We've tried having her sit there and read a book, color, do her flash cards and she continues to hold it...

Any suggestions on how to convince her that she needs to start using the potty..

good luck! I am having the same issue, tried to train her with no rewards, trys stickers, candy, charts-no go. I think my daughter is not ready yet (also 2 1/2), with my older son I pushed and prodded and it never worked, I was frustrated then at 3yrs 3mths he wanted to use the potty and no problem it just took him to deside. (my sister in law never tryed to potty train her son then at 3 1/2 yrs he was potty trained in 1wk).
I think making it a relaxing option with reading like you are doing would make it a positive event for her just try not to get frustrated as kids can sense it. Good Luck :)
