Definitely get the routine started such as if you want her asleep by 8pm you have to start at 7:15.

I have twin girls they are 2 1/2 and we do:

Go potty (we are potty training too)

Put PJs on

Brush Teeth

Read 2 books

Hugs and kisses for everyone

then tuck into beds. (they have separate rooms) I would limit the tv (dvd) watching closer to bedtime, it actually does stimulate them.

If they are not settling down I hand them books and tell them to read a story to their stuffed animal or dolly and then to go to sleep because the dolly is sooo tired too.

You have to do that every single night in that order, then she will know bedtime is coming and the routine will be second nature.

good luck!

well i have 4 kids and it's hard to do unless ur gonna be will take some time and patients, put her in her room @ 7:30 the first night cause u think she's not gonna actually fall asleep until 8 or 9 how nows, butkeep doing it everynight and naptime.don't let her tell u one more book or movie cause thats how u get off track and back where u started.tell her no and if she comes out of her room just put her back even if it's 100 times u need to stand ur ground.this will take a good long week before she just falls asleep,it sounds kinda mean but u won't regret this at all.hope this helps u.good luck!
