How do I get my 2 1/2 yr old daughter to stop peeing in her underware?

My daughter will go to the bathroom, pee and poop, when you take her. She will not tell us when she has to go, and it doesn't bother her to pee or poop in big girl underware. Does anyone have any suggestions???????

My daughter was potty trained at two &1/2 except for nights and naps. Then the holiday's hit and all bets were off. She regressed and it took almost a year before she got back on track. It was all about power. the turning point for us was when she was playing in the park with another little boty about a year older than her, he stopped playing and told his Mom he had to go. An hour later she told me she had to go potty. Ever since, things have gotten so much better. don't force it. I did the whole treat thing and potty chart incentives, but nothing worked as well as that boy in the park. She still won't tell us, we just have to be good about remembering to remind her to go every couple of hours. Every now and then she will tell us. I wish you luck, I have a 23 month old who wants to potty train now,but i'm scared to start so soon and have him regress also. don't stress and go with their lead. I know a lot of kids 3 and 4 still working on potty training. Theyr do it when they are ready!
