every time i try to get my son to take a nap, he freaks out as soon as i put him in his crib and leave the room. how do i get my son to be able to fall asleep in his own crib without him screaming for 10-15 minutes or longer before he will fall asleep?

Every child is different but with my daughter i let her say night to the cat and i have her put her baby to sleep, then i put her in her bed and keep the door open so she thinks i'm coming back (cruel i know) but she just lays there and falls asleep bedtime is a longer process

with my girls i give them a relaxing bath and either read a book or sing a song they seem to drift off no problem.... you could try rubbing lavinder oil on the curtains in there room its very relaxing :)

when we moved my daughter started to freak at bed time and it took a few weeks and some patience to sort it out. i sat in her doorway and reassured her once that it everything was alright and i didnt make eye contact but she could see i was there and each day i would slowly move further away until she didint need me there anymore and then i could put her down and just walk away.

Hope it helps
