How do i toilet train my 1.5 years old daughter? Everytime i ask her to sit and do her business on the potty...there she goes carrying the potty around the house.

It takes repetitiveness to get her to come around, and she will! LOL Asking often or reminding her where potty chair is and M7M's are waiting to be had for being a big girl. Like you said though no stress is best way! Good luck!

Thanks BJ. I've tried doing as per ur suggestions but she still insist on doing her business in her diapers. I'm not stressing her. Just taking it one at a time. I'm sure she'll come around.

Hi Anita,

I trained my little one with M7Ms and smallmini marshmellows. You get 4-5 for peeing and 8-10 for pooping. I also bought her Elmo's potty time video which helped her to understand a little better. We kept potty in livingroom to start off with so it was handy for her when needed. Also put her in underwear right off so that she would know what it felt like when she did wet herself (which she didn't like-the wet part). Did not take that long for her to cartch on and besides she loves M7M's so she would do anything to get them, but eventually once you see she is doing it you sort of start forgetting the M&M's and phase it out. She learns its the big girl thing to do and doesn't look for the reward anymore. We are still working on the nightime training but daytime was conquered in no time flat! Good luck and don't stress it will just stress her, she will learn!
