it'll come in time, you can't train a child if they don't have the feeling that they need to wee (it's all about nerve endings i've been told!)they can get freaked out if you push it too hard, try potty time's and pants ,maybe reading a story while she is on there to take her mind off it.G ood luck and try not to stress too much!

I would avoid pull ups. Put her in big girl undies and set a potty timer. Give her a special treat for keeping her undies dry and for successes in the toilet. Good luck!

Well, how old is she? My daughter is going to be 3 in a few months, and I started to potty train her last year, but she just wasnt ready for it. And now, I started back up again a few months ago and she is doing fabulous. This time around, I put a little basket of her books by her potty chair, and everytime she went she got either a jellybean (cause it was around easter time when I started again) or a sticker and she loved that idea and we kept a lil chart in the bathroom for her to see everytime she walked into the bathroom. Then we also made up a lil potty song we sang while on the potty seat. It was alot of fun, and then she also sings on the seat now and wants me to sing with her. In the end, it was easy the second time around. Alot easier. Give it time. And most of all.....have Patience. Good luck!

to be honest maybe she is not ready i tried with my daughter and she did it a bit as it was novel then just didnt bother and weed on the floor all the time so i put her back in nappies and left it i desperately wanted it done and all my mummy friends were having sucess but i didnt want to push her then last week she brought me her knickers and asked to wear them and has been in them for almost a week now and the last 2 days has had no accidents at all.
another thing is she did used to get annoyed when i tried before when i keept asking her and i think she may have been not using the potty on purpose just to rebel she now goes 1-2 hrs between going most of the time and is only 2yr 2mth.
just leave those knickers lying around and maybe it will work!!

you as a mother have to get her out of that stubborn thing just constantly take her to the potty even if she does'n wanna go, trust me she understands i have 2 grls my youngest watched the oldest but my oldest i just told her if she use the bathroom in those panties she's gonna get a whoopn. but just put her somempanties on and if she uses it in them make her keep them on for awhile eventually she'll start goin potty that's a nasty feelin.
