We bought a pink potty. She loved it. Had only a few accedents after that. Then she saw the small toliets at the local peschool/playgroup and I never had a problem after that.

We would give a sticker if she just sat on the potty. Once she was in the habit of that then she got a sticker for going. We made a huge deal. My daughter didn't get potty trained until she was over three. Just one day she was ready. She just hated having an accident so she relied on her diaper all the time. We kept her in underwear during the day, diapers at night. Good Luck. The really do let us know when they are ready.

put the potty in the living room and make it fun let her sit on it when she wants to. After awhile move it to the bathroom and take her in there often to have a potty party if she goes make a huge big deal about we danced and laughed and sang a very silly potty song. I just made it up as I went she really didnt care I then started giving her stickers for her sticker book every time she went. I thought it was taking a long time but it really was only about 3 months good Luck

My daughter is almost 2 1/2 now and we are starting to potty train since diapers seem to be going up in price....what I have found works the best right now is letting her run around naked (which she loves!) and putting her potty in the kitchen so she sees it often. I ask her when she is naked which she is pretty much ALL day if she has to go potty about every 15-30 minutes. This seems to be helping alot- also if she doesn't go pee/poop on the floor all day she gets a treat at the end of the night! Hope that helps and GOOD LUCK!
