KEEP POTTY WITHIN ARMS REACH. ASK HIM CONSTANTLY...LET HIM SIT THERE EVEN WHEN YOU THINK HE WONT GO. PRAISE HIM WHEN HE DOES GO. REWARD HIM AFTER WARDS. IT WILL MAKE HIM FEEL GOOD AND GO MORE OFTEN.

He may not be quite ready yet. I had a potty in the bathroom for almost a year before my son decided to sit and pee in it! He was three years and three months. It went pretty quickly after that! I would say it took about 4 months for him to pee and poop (poop was the most difficult). I still have to remind him to go to the bathroom if its been a couple hours or so but he goes and we have only had a handfull of accidents since he started potty training. He will be four in July.
