Hello there! I have a 14month old baby boy who is used to drink lactose free formula which is good for 6-12 mos only. I wanted to switch him to higher level formula which 1-3yearsof age but he refused to drink, now he doesn't want to drink any milk at all. What should I do? He doesn't eat solid that much also.

First of all introduce the new formula slowly. It may be the same brand but it does taste differently. Make a 7oz bottle with 2 oz of the new formula in if he takes this then make the next bottle with 3 oz of formula in and so on until you have weaned him off the original formula. If he really does not like any of it then put him back on the original milk and encourage him to eat more solids like yogurt and cheeses. My daughter will only drink one certain brand of formula as she hates cows milk with a passion and it has taken me a month to get her to drink four oz of cows milk mixed with 3oz of formula. It is a slow process but working.
