Hannah is the same way. I look at it as she is not quite ready. I don't want to push her. Sounds like our girls are on their way. They are still young. I heard if you force them, it gets harder. Wait another few weeks and maybe have an incentive like stickers when she does go.

is she afraid of the potty or toilet, does she need something to hold on to. Would she calm down if there were toys that she only got to play with while on the potty. Maybe even as far as using the portable DVD player with Potty time with Elmo as a "only when your on the potty" thing. My kids hated Potty Chairs but liked the seats that set into the regular seat to make it their size. I have to stay with them - don't walk away. My daughter also likes a foot stool under her feet - it makes her feel less precarious and gives her better leverage to push.

Did you try taking her to the store and letting her pick a potty that she really likes?, that is what we did and it worked good, also try not pressuring her too much or getting to upset when she does not do it, they catch up to that. I am sure she will eventually get it
