I need help! I don't know how to potty train my 2yr old? What worked for you? What didn't?

My daughter is 2 years and 2 months and we've been doing the potty thing for a week and a half now. We tried pull-ups a couple months ago and that didn't work at all. So, last week, I decided to just take the diaper away completely. I've just been putting her in comfy pants or pj pants so that if she doesn't make it, it's not a big deal, I just wipe her off and put on a new pair. The first day, she had a couple accidents but the second accident, she actually got half of the pee in the potty so it wasn't a total loss. We bought a bulk bag of smarties so every time she pees in the potty, she gets one and every time she poops, she gets 2 smarties. We also have a sticker chart and as long as she pees on the potty once, she gets a sticker for that day. (you can just use your calender if you don't have one or you could make one) She has pooped on the potty every day except for one since we started and peed on it 2 to 4 times a day. For the first couple days, if she didn't make it, we would still pull down her pants and put her on the potty and ask her to try to pee more but tell her it's ok to have accidents. And when she does make it to the potty, make a huge deal out of it. Clapping, cheering even singing if it works. And never get frustrated or angry with her for not getting it right away or having an accident. From what I've seen with my friends' methods, that has just made it harder for both them and their kid. My daughter also likes the part where we bring it to the big potty and dump it in and I let her flush it so you could try that too and every time somebody comes over, I make a point of bringing out her sticker chart so she can show them her progress and they always clap for her and tell her good job and that helps too. Sorry for rambling, too much coffee today lol.
