I've tried everything to keep my daughter out of things that she doesnt belong in or should know not to touch. She will be three on February 1st. We do time outs....I sit her down and explain to her why she doesnt need to touch...and she keeps doing it!!!

I have recently put locks on refrigerator and pantry....so at least i dont have to worry about her taking out the coffee creamer to drink it and taking ut bisquick and instant potatoes to her room where she has a play kitchen. its more things in the bathroom now...when i forget to close the door. but we also have a cat and thats where her litter box is!! she is repeatedly taking things from the bathroom to her room!!! or getting into things in my room (scrapbooking stuff) i have probably told her NO thousands of times and she still gets into things!!!!

One thing Ive found that really helps is to say 'NO' and remove them from the situation. I started doing that with my son when he was almost a year and it has helped tremendously.
