It may take some time. My 5 year old in kindergarten just stopped this past summer. he was potty trained but just didn't wake up at night. You can get pull-ups for night time and night time only. Also he may have a condition. He's still young though give it some time.

It's normal for kids to wet the bed up to 10 yrs old.  It has to do with their sleep stages (something we can't control).  I like the idea of getting them up to go pee if you think it won't disturb them too much.  If you do this consistently it may get their body in the habit of waking up to pee each night.

take him when u go to bed he will hardly b disturbed and should go straight back to sleep. also stopping drinks doesnt really help as its not always the drink for 7 thats coming out at 11 it depends whats been drunk and how long that particular drink takes to go through the system so he could be peeing out his dinner time drink x

I have a great nephew of mine who is 6 and still wets the bed, some kids just sleep really sound and they dont have the urge to go the bathroom at night so they pee. You could also make sure and take him to the doctor and check for anyinfections also boys can have UTI's and you not know it. But not giving him anything to drink before bedtime is a good start. Really at his age he's still young and it just may be a stage he is going through too and may grow out of it. Hope you get some relief soon from it.
