My son started climbing out of his crib, so we converted his to a toddler bed with the safety rail. He won't sleep in it. He sleeps in his 8 month old brother's crib while his brother sleeps in the pack-n-play in the living room (it is warmer in there and he sleeps better). How do I get him used to his toddler bed and to stay IN the bed?

Issue #2, he is not saying many words, so the doc is having him evaluated for speech. He knows many words, just does not say them. We are still fighting him on the pacifier. He steels his brother's (who is teething horribly) and we keep taking it back. Any ideas?
