Jordyn is 20 months old and won't sleep! She wakes up at lease every hour expecting a bottle. When at childcare they have no problems getting her straight to sleep. I never had this problem with my other 3 :(

I would say don't give her the bottle. When she wakes up depending on your child either go in and rub her back and let her know it is OK, but don't get the bottle or if she is like my son then it worked better for me to not go in and let him cry it out for awhile. When I would go in it would make it worse because he was used to me going in and picking him up and rocking him (not a bad thing until that is the only way he knew how to get to sleep so he would wake in the middle of the night and I would have to rock him back to sleep and then he became too big to lay down back in bed without waking him back up). I spent two nights in the rocking chair just trying to lay him back down and decided that this routine needed to change. So anyway, once she realizes that you are not going to bring her the bottle she will stop asking for it. Right now she knows that if she asks for it (cries) you will bring it to her. So once she starts to realize that you are not going to bring the bottle to her anymore she will stop requesting it.

Have you tried letting her cry it out? I know it sounds mean, but she knows you will come when she crys..try letting her cry it out or offering her something besides the bottle such a a pacifier.
