Morning wake up time

Hi,
For the past 2 years, my daughter has slept until 7:30 religiously. Now I can't get her to sleep past 6:20. She goes to bed at 8:00 and naps during the day for about 2 hrs at most. Any suggestions on how I might get her back to that 7:30 schedule? We've blacked out her room and have tried just about everything.

Has the clocks changed for you. We have moved into british summer time and lost an hour. I just moved her schedule along an hour. My daughter also gets up at 7.30am so I gave her her dinner half an hour later and her sleep half an hour later and the dinner an hour later. Her afternon sleep is normally around 1.30pm until 3.30pm so I stretched this out until 2.pm before putting her to bed. That night I put her to bed later by the hour and the next day she woke up at 7.30am which would of been 8.30am because of the clock change. So I suppose what I am trying to say is make minor adjustments to her schedule and try and confuse her into thinking it is time to get up.
